Antonio A. Holland is a basketball agent and sports entrepreneur from Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, dedicated to helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the court. He is the Founder and President of Past Present Future Sports Agency (PPFS Agency), a full-service sports management firm established in 2025.
Antonio is a graduate of Harris–Stowe State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Communications. His academic background, combined with real-world athletic experience, gives him a well-rounded perspective on athlete development, branding, and professional representation.
A former multi-sport athlete, Antonio played college basketball and went on to compete in semi-professional basketball, playing for the St. Louis Trotters and the Los Angeles Hollywood Jammers. His firsthand experience as an athlete allows him to understand the challenges, opportunities, and business decisions players face throughout their careers.
Antonio founded PPFS Agency with a clear mission: to guide athletes by honoring where they’ve been, strategically managing where they are, and intentionally building where they’re going. The agency provides hands-on, relationship-driven representation, offering services that include contract
negotiations, NIL opportunities, marketing and branding strategy, financial guidance, social media
management, and holistic athlete development.

Djuania Armstrong is the Player Services & Lifestyle Manager at Past Present Future Sports Agency (PPFS Agency), where she serves as the primary point of contact for player travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and lifestyle support. Her role is to manage the details that allow athletes to arrive prepared, stay comfortable, and focus on their performance.
Djuania coordinates domestic and international travel for players and their authorized guests, booking flights around games, practices, tournaments, appearances, and personal preferences. She manages seat selections, baggage needs, changes, and cancellations, monitors schedules in real time, and communicates delays or itinerary adjustments directly to players before they become problems. She selects and books hotels positioned conveniently to arenas, training facilities, and airports, and arranges the airport transfers, private transportation, rideshare, and rental vehicles that connect each leg of a trip.
Her work extends beyond the road. Djuania assists players with home-related needs, coordinating décor and furnishing projects, researching designers, vendors, and service providers, and scheduling the appointments, deliveries, and installations that turn a new market into a comfortable place to live. She serves as the liaison between players and outside vendors, keeping projects moving without pulling clients into the day-to-day details.
Djuania builds detailed itineraries that combine flights, lodging, transportation, and scheduled activities into a single clear plan, and maintains working relationships with airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and vendors nationwide. She compares pricing and services to keep arrangements efficient and cost-effective, maintains accurate records of bookings, confirmations, invoices, and receipts, and handles player schedules, residences, and personal information with strict confidentiality.
